Open Range

We saw this on a ranch in North Dakota. It is hard to read the sign but it says open range, LOL. I love it!

I didn't go to work last night until 11. It must be the cold weather but my body feels like it has been hit by a truck. I can barely use my left hand and my back is out. I will be having surgery on my hand and wrist hopefully this year but in cold weather it sure flares up. I don't need to watch the weather.

It was very busy at work. 3 patients came in at once and we had some critical patients already. I had to be charge so it made for a busy night. I am glad it is over. One more night and I can rest.

It has been rainy and cold. Last week I got my outside plants in. We made a place for them in the basement and my husband hooked up the artificial lights to keep them alive. We have them on a timer so it stays on 10 hours. The plants seem to like it OK. They are just so large now it is hard to have them in doors upstairs.

Well I see the stocks are going up slightly. Too soon to get hopeful but........ I am by nature a hopeful person. When they get high enough I will cash them in and put it in my safety deposit box. At least there they won't go down.

Well, my ibuprofen is starting to work as is my sleeping pill. Take care all. Have a great day.

That open range cracked me up. Our weather has been pretty warm here and just a bit damp. I really hate that cold drizzly stuff. That really does make the bones ache. I just checked my 401K. I was getting ready to do some shifting but it rebounded a good bit overnight.

Hello there, Yes who needs the weatherman to tell us when the temperature is going to change.
Our mornings find frost on the windshields and that white stuff is not far away. My grandkids can hardly wait for their dad to build a rink in the backyard and I am just excited for the cruise to the S. Caribbean in January when we are knee deep in snow. My plans are to take my whole family and that will be 13 if all can come.
Most are in the EMS profession except for the son who is in the oilpatch industry.

Blessings,

Lori (from ALberta, Canada)

I love the 'open range', lol! I hope you feel better now, winter always brings out our aches and pains, roll on summer! It's sunny here but only 55°, a drop of 45° from the temperature in Madagascar! Brrrr! Jeannette xx
