Tomorrow is the day of my surgery. At this point I am just anxious to get it over with. I worked my last shift for awhile last night. I made my mini goal of losing another 8 pounds before surgery. I will be almost 40 pounds lighter then the last time I had this wrist worked on. Sure hope it works this time. I am getting a extended warrenty this time. Oh and Missy, my knee is still messed up. Better but if I step wrong, oh man. Joy of aging.
The grandkids are here and we have been having so much fun. Bike riding and playing in the pool. They are getting so big. Both are good cooks and they have been making us breakfast, that's cool. But that is why I haven't been around much, plus my computer crashed and it took me this long to figure out how to fix it. No more letting my grandson play on it, LOL.
Hope everyone had a great 4th and a safe one. Let Freedom ring. Sleeping through the canon's my neighbor let off was a challenge but I made it and Zoey survived her least favorite holiday again. She hates the firecrackers.

Sending up prayers that this surgery will be a great success. These dogs are afraid of firecrackers also. Their hearing is better than ours so that makes it worse. I ran a couple of air filters pretty loud so that helped. Thing is they shot those things until 1:30 in the morning two nights. Glad that you are enjoying your grandchildren. Nice of them to make breakfast. Helen
Wishing you all the best for tomorrow and hope all goes well and you make a speedy recovery. Or should I say today. Love Joan

Dear Julie
You are so brilliant at being able to loose all that weight! Well done you!
I hope your operation is successful and as painfree as possible.
What would we do without our grandchildren? Aren't they just gifts from heaven?
Hugs to you and them
