Blizzard

We are having a blizzard. It isn't horrible yet but promised to get really nasty. Of course I have to work. And we have lots of snow. With my shoulder and Ricks back shoveling has been a challenge. I found if I push with my good arm and then kick the darn thing the snow pretty much flies where I want it. Winters in Iowa, or anywhere in the midwest. But didn't I hear Texas got hit with snow. At least here we have snow tires on year round. Snow shovels, plows, some winter driving skills although that is debatable with all the accidents we have had so far. And with the first snow comes the usual heart attacks. Should be busy at night.

So hope everyone drives carefully, shovel and rest, shovel and rest and be careful.

I hope all that gets gone soon. Be careful going to and from work. You and Rick be safe. Helen

Beautiful photo! stay warm. in the city here we really don't have the plows when it snows, not that we really need them but if only NM drivers would drive more safely...anyways, thanks for the awards. will post them soon. have a good one.

Most Americans write on their journal that they hate snow. I guess if you get it every year it can make you feel like that. However, as we rarely get it although we used to years ago, we would just love to have some!
