My vacation journal transfered without a hitch. I was very grateful for that and now will have to finish it as I stopped working on it when they talked about closing us down. My regular journal won't transfer yet. I keep getting error messages and the one I am really sad about is my photo journal. So far no luck with that either. I can live without my rant and rave journal and my flower journal and even now, my regular journal since I opened this one but I will be sad if my photo journal is gone. I am starting my long stretch so won't have much time to try and fix it.
Not much going on today. Rick and I went out last night and had a good time. We got silly and smoked a cigar and now our van stinks to high heaven. That will teach us.
When I get my other vacation journal finished I will post the link. Maybe I'll have to start a new photo journal. Who knows.
Anyway, Rick just told me supper is ready. See ya all later.

most seem to be transferring with no problems, but a few are experiencing problems. i couldn't get my pet memorial journal over here.
i simply copied & pasted a few posts from my main journal.

I had problems, Julie. Mine would get so far and then just freeze totally. I tried 9 times. The last time it got up to the very first entry and I swear sat there and did nothing for at least 10 mintues and poof, onto page 3 it went. I then had 9 journals. One was totally complete. 8 were shells with nothing in them so I deleted those. I think it depends on how many pictures and graphics plus entries. Don't give up. Keep trying. There was also a lot of activity going on last night which may have clogged things up.
i hate that...you'll have until the end of this month, so maybe you will find time to try and work on that photo journal. i certainly hope so! hope your work week goes smoothly.
Julie, You have a lot of neat stuff and your new journals look great! I just had a little and everything seems to have gone over OK. Even your format looks good, maybe even better than it was on AOL

i had trouble initially too transferring my journal. i changed the name of it and the blogspot address to be different than my current blog address. although i haven't checked out my old journal photos yet, someone told me theirs didn't totally transfer or had been cut in half. so photos in general may be the hang up...good luck my friend. hopefully you can at least save the photos to disc?....hugz~karen
Hope you can try again on the photo journal...you have until the 31st...but maybe just save each photo..or do what Sugar did ...cut and paste..hope you have a great weekend...hugs,
